All equipment is subject to availability Rental PoliciesThe rental rates shown are started when the equipment leaves the dealership’s yard, and end when the equipment is returned to the dealership’s yard. Transportation of the equipment is the responsibility of the lessee, although Jack’s Truck & Equipment can provide transportation at an additional charge. A valid certificate of insurance must be provided by the lessee’s insurance company, showing the equipment make, model, serial number, retail value, and a minimum of $500,000 liability coverage, to JHE before the equipment can leave the dealership. The machines will be cleaned, lubed, and fueled when they are rented. They are to be returned in the same condition or additional charges will be added. All rental invoices are due upon receipt. The lessee is responsible for servicing the equipment per manufacturers recommendations. Fueling, oil changes, oil leaks and replacement of normal wear items is lessee’s responsibility. All major component failures are to be reported to Jack’s Truck & Equipments rental department as soon as possible. Tire damage and excessive wear will be billed to the lessee. Undercarriage damage and excessive wear will be billed to the lessee. Equipment that is rented that the lessee may wish to purchase after the rental purchase period, must have a rental purchase agreement signed when the equipment is first rented. Under the terms of the agreement, 80% of the rent will apply to the purchase for the first 4 months, with 50% of the rent applying for the next four months. No rent applies toward purchase after 8 months.
